	VISION FAMILY Our company has been established on 22^nd August 2002, as Vizyon Ekspertiz Tic. Ltd. Şti., and feels the need to become a more institutionalized structure in parallel with the growth in the sector and to change its structure and trade name for rendering appraisal services in accordance with the Capital Markets Legislation. In this matter, Vizyon Değerleme ve Danışmanlık A.Ş. has been incorporated with a capital of 500.000 TL according to the Articles of Foundation published in Trade Registry Gazette, issue 6665 on 17^th October 2006 in order to render services defined as Appraisal and Valuation. Our company has been included into the list of the companies that may render valuation service according to Capital Markets Board legislation No 35, with series VIII, on 08^th February 2007, with the act 5/106. Vizyon Değerleme ve Danışmanlık A.Ş prepares valuation reports by its technical staff and licensed appraisal experts in accordance with internationally accepted valuation standards. Our company provides Real Estate Appraisal services with its expert valuation team in any place within Turkey.
